I was ment to be out fishing for pike today, but with a sharp frost last night and a eastly breeze, I didn't fancy my chances....
So instead I on here and can let you know see the the second guest piece of the month.River Mullet fishing by Craig Derry.
Now some of you will know that Craig is my regular piking partner, until he knackered his should up (get well soon mate), so instead of fishing he's turned to writing.
I hope you enjoy the piece.

New Page Added - Fly Fishing In Ireland by Chris Paris
Double post already this week!
Chris Paris, who is not only an accomplished angler, fly fishing guide, but also a Professor in Ireland, has written for "An Angler Danging Log", its second guest piece.
Chris has very kindly written an excellent piece on his experiences of fly fishing in Ireland, and I must admit after reading it, I really want to get the fly gear back out, hop on a plane or ferry and enjoy some of the magnificent fishing that Ireland has to offer.
So sit back and enjoy Chris article and if you fancy a guided session with him. So why not bid for it his services for day’s fishing on Lough Erne in the Wild Trout Trust annual auction (lot 82).
As Chris says "You can find this and other opportunities to fish in Ireland, as well as supporting a great cause, on the WTT website".
